Refund/Exchange Policy

Ar-Rihla always wants you to be happy with your purchase and not have to go through the trouble to return items back to us. However, we do understand that sometimes you will change your mind or on the rare occasion you may not be happy with your purchase. If that is the case we will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of you returning the item with the original packaging. The item must be unworn.

Items brought in the sale or using a discount code are exchange only. Any wellness items brought (i.e. honey/argan oil etc) are non-refundable and we will only exchange them if the seal has not been broken.

Please be assured that our items go through a thorough quality check process in the UK once they arrive from our factories. As most of our items are handmade, there may be the odd occasion where a thread has been missed or hanging loose but that will be due to human error. Furthermore, there may be occasions that the buttons may slightly differ, again this is due to the nature of how we receive our items from the factories. In such circumstances this will not be a valid reason for a refund or exchange. Furthermore, please note that items may vary in shade to the pictures shown due to lighting in the photography sessions.

Please note that Ar-Rihla will not cover your return postage and will deduct any original postage costs from the original purchase when issuing refunds. We recommend items returned are sent signed for and tracked as Ar-Rihla will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.

For all UK orders we aim for packages to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

For all international orders we aim for packages to be delivered within 14 working days.

Any delays encountered from the postal services are not in our control, however, we will be willing to help to resolve them for you.

NB: Our postage days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
