We always want the best for our customers, so we ensure that our items go through a comprehensive quality check process once they arrive from our factories. As most of our items are handmade human error is a possibility. Therefore, there may be the odd occasion where the button colour or embroidery design may have subtle differences to the pictures shown. Furthermore, due to lighting in the photography sessions some items upon arrival may vary in shade to the pictures shown on the website.
Ar-Rihla always wants you to be happy with your purchase and not have to go through the trouble to return items back to us. However, we do understand that sometimes you will change your mind or on the rare occasion you may not be happy with your purchase. If that is the case, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item with all its original packaging. The item must be unworn. We will aim to provide you with a full refund or exchange within 14 working days. Any wellness items bought will only be refunded or exchanged if the seal has not been broken.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange and may have to send it back to you at your expense. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected on return.
Ar-Rihla will not cover the cost of your return parcel and will deduct the postage cost from the original purchase when issuing refunds. We recommend items returned are sent signed for and tracked as Ar-Rihla will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
