Shipping & Delivery
- All UK orders are generally sent via our shipping partner Royal Mail or EVRI. Once your order has been processed, your parcel should be received within 3-5 working days. If you require any quicker shipping methods such as next day delivery, please email us on info@ar-rihla.com
- All international orders are express, insured and tracked. We aim to have your parcel delivered within 10 working days.
- Please note: Ar Rihla is not responsible for any delays from the shipping partners we use, however, we will work with you as best as we can to ensure that your parcel arrives in a timely manner. On the rare occasion that your parcel does not arrive and the tracking information does not provide any results, then there is a claim process that is followed. At the end of the claim investigation we will happily provide a full refund of the order. We will keep in constant contact with you throughout this process.
